Very convenient as long as you have a place for it Aug 18, 2011
By Twopennygal We bought this to have a centralize spot for charging out electronics that use USB chargers. It's great! The only problem we had was finding a place for it in our very small, uncluttered house.
We also had one small problem until we figured out what was going on. The middle two connections would not charge our LG Ally phones. But the outside two connections would. It turns out that it probably (undocumented as far as I could tell) has two different capacities to accomodate devices that do not need, and maybe shouldn't use, a strong current. So the middle two connections power our Kindles and older MP3 players just fine, while we use the outside connections for our LG Allys and other devices that need more power.
